The Gingerbread Man

I cut out all of my pieces for my gingerbread man, assembled him, and used a bit of Vintage Photo Distress Ink to give him a baked look. To coordinate with him I took a piece of ivory cardstock and stamped snowflakes all over it from the Clear Stamp & Die Set of the Month with Acorn VersaFine Clair. That shade of brown worked really well with the cardstock I used for the gingerbread man’s body. I also created my sentiment with the same cardstock and ink.

I made a brown card base and decided to soften the look with Cloud White VersaMagic Ink. I added my elements, popping up the gingerbread man and the sentiment with foam tape. For some shine, I added several Satin Matte Copper sequins (Card Bling) from A Colorful Life Designs. I like to use On Point Glue to adhere sequins to my cards.
