Hello! Spellbinders has been releasing some really beautiful collections, and when you combine them together, you can get some really stunning creations. I received 2 of the new Press Plates from the Copperplate On Your Wedding Day Collection, and this card features the To the Lovely Couple Press Plate. With that, I’m using some components from the Gorgeous You Collection.

I used cotton cardstock with the Plate, because it provides such drama and elegance. I inked it with Nocturne VersaFine Clair Ink. Then, using the Essential Arches Die Set, I die cut the focal panel, plus a black layer, and a metallic copper layer.

To add to the drama, I die cut the bow from the Gorgeous You Perfume Bottle Die Set out of black cardstock. Then, I used the Cross My Heart 3D Embossing Folder with the same black cardstock. This is also from the Gorgeous You Collection. I carefully rubbed Celestial Copper Delicata Ink on the raised areas to help the dimension really stand out. It went perfectly with my metallic cardstock. I also used a layer of black craft foam under my arched layers to raise them up.

I really love how this card turned out. It looks expensive and really elegant. I’ll be sharing another card using the other BetterPress Plate I have from the Copperplate On Your Wedding Day Collection soon. Be sure to visit Spellbinders to see all of the latest releases. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
