Greetings! The April release from A Colorful Life Designs has a ton of snarky stencils, and they are hilarious! I speak fluent sarcasm, so they are all right up my alley. There’s even a Snarky Master Bundle! You can grab it HERE. The stencil I used today is actually called “Sarcasm,” and it is so funny.
I took some Kraft cardstock and inked the sentiment with Memento Ink in Morocco. Next, I stamped a fabulous cactus from Tim Holtz’s Mod Cactus stamp set. I used Morocco again, plus Northern Pine, Espresso Truffle, Pear Tart, and Rich Cocoa. These are all Memento Inks. The card front needed more “stuff,” so I grabbed an organic dot stamp from Ellen Hutson’s Abstract Nature set (Ellen Hutson is now retired) and stamped them here and there with Northern Pine. Then I flicked on Rich Cocoa Fireworks! Spray for shine.
I trimmed the panel down with my Tonic and Tim Holtz Deckle Trimmer. The I inked the edge with Pear Tart and a Blending Brush. On my card base, I used Rich Cocoa.
