Greetings! I have another card featuring some of the products from the Sizzix and 49 & Market collaboration. I told you I love this collection! This time, I am featuring the Floral Mix Cluster with an older embossing folder from Sizzix, called Mini Botanical Texture Fades.

I started by stamping the Floral Mix Cluster onto Scrapbook.com’s Mixed Media Cardstock with VersaFine Clair Ink in Nocturne. Then, I colored the image with markers from Altenew’s Zanzibar, Tahitian Terrace and Islands of Figi collections. I used Rubellite, Hydrangea, Hunter Green, Teal Cave, Baby Pink, Minty Mint, Emerald, and Velvet. Then I die cut the flower cluster with the coordinating die.
Next, I ran a piece of burgundy Scrapbook.com’s Sprinkles Paper Pad through my Sizzix Big Shot Switch Machine with the Mini Botanical Texture Fade. I took Chianti VersaFine Clair Ink and swiped it all over the back of the paper. The debossed design really stands out then. I matted it with a piece of green aper from the Sprinkles paper pad.

I used a pink piece of paper from the Sprinkles Paper Pad and stamped some splotches all over it with Spun Sugar Distress Oxide. They’re really subtle but it adds a little something extra. The splotches are from the Hello You Sentiment Set. I stamped my sentiment (from that set) with more Chianti Ink. I colored in the “curious” with the Pretty Pink Glitter Brush Pen. I used Scrapbook.com’s 1mm x 1/8″ Foam Tape, doubled, for the “curious,” but only on the bottom so that it would be even with the layers of cardstock at the top of the strip.

I enjoyed using the older embossing folder with these new products. It’s fun to combine old with new, isn’t it? Please visit Scrapbook.com to check out the rest of this beautiful collection. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
