Hello! I love to just color. I have a bunch of images stamped out, and I just sit and color for a while. It’s so relaxing, and then I have a bunch of things to use later on projects. A few months ago, I purchased the Adventure Bottled stamps from Maker Forte (it’s at a deep discount at Only One Life Creations!) and I still had the round stamp with the bus waiting to be placed on something. It fit perfectly inside the Boho Wheel stencil from A Colorful Life Designs!
I had colored the Maker Forte image with Copics, after stamping it with Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black. Wouldn’t it be nice to be in that scene right now? I know I’d be very happy.
I used Pixie Spray on the Boho Wheel stencil to make sure it stayed in place while I ink blended on top of it. On a piece of Smooth Bristol Cardstock, I inked up Maple Yellow Crisp Dye Ink from Altenew, with Abandoned Coral, Lumberjack Plaid, and Carved Pumpkin Distress Inks. On my card base, I used Tumbled Glass. I didn’t think the front needed a sentiment, so I’ll add one to the inside when I’m ready to send it.
I am loving these colors together! Since blue is opposite orange on the color wheel, they really pop when they’re next to each other. I could really go for a beach day like this! Please be sure to visit A Colorful Life Designs to see the many, many stencils they have to offer. You can use my code, AlFan10 to save 10% off of your regular-priced purchase.
