Welcome to the March 2023 edition of Card Hoppin’! This month, the theme is “Use It or Lose It,” and the technique is “In or Out.” We were challenged to use something in our stash that we weren’t sure if we wanted to keep or not, and decide after we made our projects if it was going to stay in our collection, or if we were ready to pass it along. For the “In or Out” technique, there are many, many ways to interpret this, so I’ll just let you watch to see what I did.
