Hello! I love the Nautilus stencil from A Colorful Life Designs so much that I needed to make another card with it, and turn it into an infinity shaker using two Sparkle Blends from Doodles Paper Playground. I gave this card to my husband for Father’s Day.

I imperfectly spread matte white embossing paste on brown cardstock for the stencil. I wanted it a bit lumpy and bumpy. After it dried, I spritzed it with Walnut and Eucalyptus Ink Sprays from Imagine. I only did some light spraying, because I didn’t want to oversaturate the nautilus…I liked some of the white showing though.
You can see the great texture I got from the paste. For my shaker, I used the Toasted S’mores Sparkle Blend (minus the marshmallow bits) and some of the green sequins from Wicked Brew. This created the perfect combo to go with my background. I used old stamp packaging to create the shaker, which I mounted on to ivory cardstock. I also added a small “you rock” sentiment from Clearly Besotted.
I love the texture and movement of this card, and Gene loved it too. Please check out the Sparkle Blends Fan Club and the A Colorful Life Designs Fan Group on FB. Ready to shop?
