Hi! Thanks for visiting today. I am sharing a card that uses the new Fairy Flowers stencil from A Colorful Life Designs. The stencil has 3 flowers on it, but I decided to only use 2.

I used the VersaMarker (it’s an actual marker with VersaMark ink in it) to ink the flowers. I didn’t do the stems at this point. I did this on one of the Spiffy Speckles paper from Lawn Fawn. I heat embossed the flowers with Kaleidoscope Embossing Powder from Stampendous. I placed the stencil back on to the paper and drew in the stems. Then I embossed those with Emerald PearLustre Embossing Powder. I used that same embossing powder on my card base. It gives it such a nice shine.
I inked the edges of the Lawn Fawn paper with some Scattered Straw Distress Ink, just to bring your focus into the center a bit. I popped up a sentiment from Pinkfresh Studio with some foam, and added a few sequins from Doodles Paper Playground.
This is a pretty simple card, but it has a lot of charm because of the pretty Fairy Flowers stencil and the embossing powders. You can change out the sentiment to make this card work for many occasions. Please be sure to visit A Colorful Life Designs to see the hundreds of stencils that are available. There are so many amazing stencils that are unlike any you may have seen before. You can use my code, “AlFan10” to save 10% off of your purchase, not including Master Bundles. Thanks for stopping by.
