Hello! I’ve got a card that uses a sweet little fox from Sassy & Crafty to share with you today. This cutie is from the Warm Winter Cuddles stamp set, and he’s one of 3 sweet characters.

I’ve been on a bit of a teal, coral, and olive green kick, so I thought this would be a great color combination to go with the colors I used on the fox himself. I colored him with Copics, then fussy cut him out. If you’ve been a follower of mine for even a short time, you’ll know that one of my favorite things to do is to create a bunch of backgrounds at once, to use later. Ink blending, alcohol inks, monoprints, etc. It’s a great way to get my mind calm, have fun, and to save time later because I have many backgrounds already created. For this card, I chose to use a monoprint I created with my Gel Press. This one was created with DecoArt Media Fluid Acrylics.
The sentiment I used is from the Warm Winter Wishes stamp set, which I embossed with Ivory embossing powder on dark blue cardstock. I like using Ivory so that it’s not as stark as white is. My card base is also Ivory, and I inked the very edges with Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide.
I love the frosty look of this monoprint, combined with that cozy looking little fox. I saved a lot of time having my background pre-made, and I think it came out really cute. Be sure to visit Sassy & Crafty to see all of their latest products. Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
Thank you so much for your kind words!
