Hello! It’s my second post for the day. Please be sure to check out my first post for the Laurel Burch hop. But before you do that, I have an announcement. The A Day for Daisies team is sharing our last challenge today. It’s a bit of a surprise to all of us, but Tammy needs to ficus on her family right now. So sadly, we have to say goodbye. But, you can be certain that I will still be creating lots of things with the beautiful ADfD images. Our last challenge is Anything Goes, and I used Cupid Boy.
I colored the image on Mixed Media Paper with Zig Clean Color Markers. Notice the single red heart button.
The sentiment is from the Love Always stamp set from Stampendous. Around the edge of the image, I embossed Aged Scarlet Frantage Embossing Powder.
My background was created with 3 colors of Distress Ink blended together with Ranger’s Ink Blender. The hearts are from an old Heidi Swapp set, and i used VersaMark to ink them. Then I used Seasonings Embossing Powder. I used more Distress Ink on the card base, and popped up the image layer with foam. Don’t tell my husband, but I may use this card for him for Valentine’s Day. I hope you will join the A Day for Daisies team for our last challenge. Please be sure to visit the Blog for all of the details. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
