Hello! Today I have a new card featuring A Day for Daisies to share with you. I made this card for my mom, who is going through some things right now…and i though a card would cheer her up.
My mom has a lot of cats, so I knew this image, called A Lap Full of Kittens, would be purrfect for her.
I colored the image on Mixed Media Paper by Canson with my Zig Clean Color Markers. I used my water brush a bit too. The kittens are colored to look like some of my mom’s cats. My background was done with Dreamweaver Stencils’ (via Stampendous) Mosaic Swirls stencil and 2 Dylusions sprays. My sentiment is also from Stampendous, from their Cat Sayings set.
