This is going to be a great week! The Stampendous Design Team will be sharing all sorts of techniques from Fran Seiford’s (owner and creator of Stampendous) brand-spankin’ new book Embossing Techniques from A-Z. I have been embossing since I was a teenager, and this book had new info for me in it! I couldn’t believe how detailed, easy to understand, and chock FULL of inspiration this book has. It is perfect for the novice or long-time crafter. You must get yourself a copy!
For my project today, I chose to work with Embossing Technique letter “J.” You’ll need to check out the book for exactly how it was done, but I will tell you that it’s simple and really fun. I love the effect.
I used the Queen Annes Lace stamp for my card. Such a pretty stamp. My watercolors are from Strathmore.
I also used some Tear It! tape from Imagine Crafts along with Stampendous’ Multi Crystal Glitter Mix for that super-sparkly line I have at the bottom.
