Masculine/For Dad with Dilly Beans

Uncategorized

6 Jun

Hello there! I have a new Dilly Beans challenge to share with you today. The new challenge is Masculine/For Dad. Here’s my card.

Couldn’t you see a guy with lots of ink digging this? I love the Dilly Image I used. It’s Sugar Skull Framed # 416. I colored it with alcohol markers.
My background was a blast to make. I used 3 stencils from Dreamweaver Stencils to sort of re-create the flower and swirl on the Dilly image.
I used Corner Flowers for the leaves, Amsterdam Flourish, and the Lotus as my focal flower. I used Versa Fine inks from Tsukineko and a couple of inks from Color Box. I applied them with a stencil brush and daubers, and added a layer of clear embossing powder on top. I love the end result of the card. Please be sure to visit the Dilly Beans challenge blog to see what the rest of the team has cooked up. Thanks for stopping by. Have an inspiring day!
