It’s been a quiet week for me in bloggyland. I have been super busy prepping for my kidling’s “Very Merry Un-Birthday Tea Party” that is happening on Saturday. Plus, getting ready for the many, many new releases that I will get to share with you over the next few months. Start saving your dough…’cause you’re going to be needing it for these releases! But I digress. Today I am thrilled to announce that along with the latest StampInsanity Challenge, We have a couple new Groovy Gurlz! Sammi and my darling friend Kelli! I am so excited to have you not only as a Groovy Gurl, but on Ward 2 with me! Welcome! And for those of you keeping track…this is the third design Team that Kelli and I are on. Yes. We plan on taking over the world. 😉 So this week’s challenge is great! And a few of us took a different spin on it then what most would have expected, I think. The challenge is Stars & Stripes. You’re probably thinking patriotic, right? Well, as you probably know, I prefer the road less traveled. So I opted to not go with the Patriotic theme. Don’t worry! I will have something Patriotic soon! Here’s today’s creation. I can’t get enough of this sentiment. Especially since it’s Dr. Seuss. And I tried to channel my inner Seuss by using bright, primary colors. Check out my faboo embossing powder. Turquoise with green glitter! I’m sorry I can’t tell you who it’s from. I got it eons ago and the name of the company is not on the bottle. I added some Waterfall Stickles for some added dimension. You can click on any of my pictures to see them bigger.
