SISC23 ~ "Button It Up, Buttercup!

I have the latest StampInsanity Challenge to share with you today! For this challenge, you have to use buttons! Buttons! and more Buttons! And, use a ‘butter-y’ color too! Here’s my card: I broke out Nicholette once again, since she’s one of my favorite images from StampInsanity! I dolled her up in shades of yellow with a touch of pink. And I colored her umbrella in some fun coordinating colors. Here’s a close up. I was a little worried that I wouldn’t find paper to go with my color choices, but low and behold! I found a couple that were just perfect! I will admit, that I feel like I need something else on this card. I tried some bows…some ribbons…it just didn’t seem to work. I was looking to add something above and below the image of Nicholette…I just think that there’s to much of the polka dot pattern. So, perhaps I will just remove some of it so that more of the flower pattern shows. What say you? I did add some Stickles below her, as if she were on a super sparkly floor. I think it looks pretty…but the more I look at the card, the more I think I may trim some of the polka dots off. As I work out my little conundrum, why not visit the rest of the Groovy Gurlz?
