I am so excited to share my latest card with you! It’s from one of three fabulous new rubber stamp sets from Smeared Ink. Would you like a peek at all three sets? Of course you would!

I can see myself using him quite often, in a lot of different ways. This first time, I went pretty spiritual…
This was one of those cards that I had a vision for…and was actually able to execute it perfectly. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find the right cream colored paper, but the Black and Creme collection from DCWV was just what I needed!
This fabulous angel was colored in with colored pencils (his body), metallic acrylic paint (his wings), and Twinkle H20’s (his…uh…garment ;} ). I wanted the paper to look like rays coming out of him…beams of light. I really wanted the monochromatic thing here too… I thought it would make the image softer, and more, well, spiritual, as opposed to being wicked (which I am totally gonna do one day!). 
Here you can see the luster on the wings and his bit ‘o fabric. The champagne colored paint I used for his wings is the perfect shade for an angel! I had stamped him on white cardstock, then distressed the edges with Antique Linen Distress Ink. It worked out to be the exact shade of the DCWV cardstock. I also pop dotted him, to give him some more oomph. So, how would YOU color him? What kind of look would he be sporting if you stamped out the Praise Angel?
